I've already logged a ticket with SAP Support on the issue. I had another tester try the O upgrade as well, and on his machine, after upgrading from Office build to , his SAP Analysis Add-In worked fine first try with no issues. So this was a PC-specific issue in our case. But good to know that an O repair does the trick.
From reading through the details of note , it sounds like old Office-related registry entries cause this issue and the Orepair feature cleans them up.
My PC is old and has had multiple upgrades over the year, but my other tester's machine is quite a bit newer, and probably doesn't have all that "registry dust" hanging around. Great news! I'm glad to hear that the issue has been fixed after a repair in MS Office!
